Maricopa County Clean-up Sale

The 2018 Maricopa County Clean-up Sale will be available on BidMaricopa.com starting on Monday, February 12. It will consist of one batch closing at 4:00 p.m. MST on Thursday, February 15.

Before submitting bids, a bidder must complete the following steps:
  1. Register on the web site to obtain an ID and password (if not already complete)
  2. Complete an IRS Form W-9
  3. Enter a Budget
  4. Receive a Bidder Number Assignment
Bidders will be able to review each certificate prior to the close of the batch (to see only available certificates on the Bid page, check "Hide Removed Certificates"). Property and tax information will be accessible by clicking on the account number.

Please note that parcels may be added to or removed from the Clean-up sale prior to the close of the batch.

Bidders must authorize payment for certificate purchases by 5:00 p.m. MST on Friday, February 16.  No payments will be accepted after this time.  All payments for purchases should be made via ACH on the Payments and Budget page under My Account on BidMaricopa.com.
